Jay-Z Performing Live in Seven Cities in 17 Hours
Rapper/Def Jam Records president Jay-Z is set to back his forthcoming comeback album by playing concerts in seven cities in 17 hours.

The Nov. 18 outing, dubbed "The Jay-Z Hangar Tour," will touch down at airports in Atlanta; Philadelphia; Washington, DC; New York; Chicago; Los Angeles; and Las Vegas. The rapper will perform for radio contest winners, apparently in airport hangars.

Two contest winners will get the opportunity to travel with Jay-Z on his private jet on the day of the show.

Cingular Music is sponsoring he outing. Cingular customers with video-capable phones will be able to watch the shows on their phones.

Jay-Z's new album, "Kingdom Come," is due in stores Nov. 21.
